 My Reasons Weight Loss Buddy (Pty) Ltd provides an online platform designed to facilitate text-based friendships and provide emotional support for individuals experiencing on their weight loss journey. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Chat-based interactions with emotionally intelligent companions

Anonymous communication (unless stated otherwise)

Regular text conversations on topics of your choosing, including emotional support, casual conversation, and social engagement

Optional services such as tailored conversations, virtual events, or structured programs

4. Account Creation and Security

In order to use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to immediately notify us at contact details given to you once signed up.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Engage in harassment, abuse, or harm toward any individual, including Service companions and other users.

Share, transmit, or upload harmful content such as viruses, malware, or any material that violates the rights of others.

Violate the privacy of other users, including sharing personal information without consent.Engage in any form of illegal activity through the Platform.

Use the Platform to promote any harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content.

Use the Platform for nude or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in any conduct that violates these Terms.

Should you stop communication before the time period purchase you will not be refunded. Please not that a bank charge may occur.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Any content you submit to the Platform (such as messages, feedback, or suggestions) becomes the property of My Reasons Weight Loss Buddy (Pty) Ltd.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful behavior, or otherwise disrupt the service. You may also terminate your account. Upon termination, all access to the Platform will cease.

14. Depression and anxiety

We do not deal with clients who have depression and anxiety as these conditions should not be approached lightly and advise you search help from professionals qualified in this field

15. Eating Disorders

We do not deal with people who have eating disorder. Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa and serious condition    that need to be dealt with professionals who excel in that field.

16. Refunds

If you decide to stop communication with the company before the paid subscription is up for whatever reason you choose, please note that there will not be a refund.
